ICS 4.0.4 issues, widget un-respond, phone lag..

after I delete some widget such as media-shortcut then I cannot put it back at the same place..lag during make dial or call and also screen rotation very un-smooth..how to fix this? I'm just format my SD card and reset/repair my phone using PC companion.

There is a bug with media shortcut widget

if you want it again  ( settings > applications > all > xperia home > clear data )

Try to format your SD card and reinstall ICS

how about the on-off widget for GPS. sound, wifi, and so on? it's also called a "bug"? it un-respond when i turn ON the GPS at setting menu, but on the widget it still show it OFF.
