ICS 4.0.4 on Neo V

has any of u got ICS 4.0.4 using neo v SI 1254-2593... I m from Bangladesh... The SI no. is in the list but yet i dont hav the upd8... tried for 2 days... PCC says "Your phone is up to date"... I hav already upd8ed to 4.0.3 which is quite a bit laggy... so looking forward for this upd8...

just updated to 4.0.4 via PCC... about 250 mb of download... feels slight better than b4 but would hav been much more better if it had the latest kernel version & music player with bass & eq control... anyways... thanx...
