Vibration when silent, sending of contacts

First off, I wanna say thank you for helping me update my SE Live with Walkman to ICS 4.0. Hats off to you guys for helping us out!

Now to my problem

1. I've set my phone to vibrate when silent, but everytime I put it in silent mode (either by pushing down the volume rocker until it vibrates and the icon appears or via on/of sound widget), it still does not vibrate when someone sends me an SMS or when someone is calling me.

2. I've been an SE user half my life and it is only now that I am experiencing a bit of a problem when I am sending a contact to another person. In previous lower phone models that I've used, sending a contact via SMS will usually result in a "vcard" (or something like that). Now, it's telling me that it's "send_contact.vcf". My receipients are usually Nokia and Samsung users and they are saying that they can't receive the contact. I also have a notification that I can't send the latter and changes it to a multimedia message. It sticks in queued for sending and after a while, it says that it couldn't send and will send it when service is available (again, something like that )

3. Lastly, where are my photos stored? When I tap the details tab, it says unkown location

Thanks in advance and I hope you can help me on this.

1. Does changing any settings under Menu > Settings > Sound. Make any difference?

2. Make sure that your APN settings are correct for sending MMS. Are you able to send other objects?

Menu > Settings > Wireless & networks > Mobile networks > Access point names.

3. Are you sure that you're looking at the storage path here and not location as in geographical location? Photos taken without geotag enabled will have an unknown location.
