I bought my Zylo W20i phone in April 2011,and in July it occured that when I slide the phone the display became blured and shifted in to a stripe on the left side of the screen while my wallpaper remained clear on the right side. Everything just functioned as they supposed to be except the display. I could even type the message and send it,although I couldn't see what I was typing and when the phone is in normal way the display was all right. But gradually the problem became worse and the whole screen was blured when the phone was in either position. Finally I fixed it from the dealer I bought the phone.
Now again the same roblem has occured,from yesterday. The screen is fine when in normal position but the screen become shifted to left while my wallpaper remains fine on the rightside and at another time the screen just devide horizontally in to two parts when I slide it back,but the phone functions just fine. I'm very dissapointed right now because I love the phone. Everything is just great about this phone except this problem. Can you please help me on this matter? What shoul I do? Give it back and have it fixed or is there anthing that I can do myself? Please help me!

First Thank You for the reply,,but it didn't solve the matter,I downloaded the PC companion and tried to connect my phone to my laptop. But an error message appears saying that the USB device not recognized. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the drivers,but it doesn't help. The drivers are not installed. Error message appears again. What should I do now?

This is done with the handset turned off.
