Adding names to HDMI ports on a TV

Hi. I have a Sony TV KDL-40EX403 on which I have given names to two of the HDMI connections: "BLACK" and "SILVER" so my wife can easily identify which port belongs to which of the two other units we use for storing programmes as this is the colour of those units!

I now want to change one of those names and add another but cannot remember how I managed to add the names in the first place!

Can anyone help please as I have searched the menu from top to bottom and side to side but without any luck?

Hi, I have a different TV, but hopefully it will be the same:

1. Press Home
2. Go to Settings
3. External Inputs
4. AV Preset
5. Select the relevant input and press the centre button on the remote
