Does Sony Bravia Internet TV support a full experience of Internet Explorer?

Hi itservers,
the Bravia browser does not support flash type media, however if you conect a pc to the Bravia you shuld be able to do what you wish..
short answer - no. You cant view video embedded websites like sky player on the device. I would also recommend that you DO NOT update to the latest firmware because Youtube has problems once you have done this.

What problem is this - none that I'm aware of. Can you be a bit more precise?
Thanks dxrules44 for your answer.
But, I am still confused....
I need to run Java scripts, flash players, and maybe certain features of Internet Explorer.
This is actually for a monitoring system for our Data Center (Solarwinds application)...
So I need a very large screen that can run the above list and more....
Any ideas if any model of Bravia Internet TV that can do that?

Hi,
IS sony internet tv any good at all? since it appears the only usefull apps are Facebook, twitter, skype and youtube....
so can we expect any decent apps in the near future or is it better to just buy an idiously ugly looking samsung instead?
and No, connecting a pc to your tv is not a typical 2012 solution
Does this problem hasn't been fixed yet? I am thinking of upgrading my firmware to the latest version. Any suggestions?
