H.D Channels

Hi,we have a Sony Kdl-32Ex503 we cannot access the H.D channels.we recently updated the software version to access sony internet Tv and updated the software to get BBC I player (Pkg4-114Eul-0108)

The store i bought it from reckons it has the HD tuner,and I may have to restore factory setting to access the H.D channels,is this the case?

Don't really want to do that as it was such a faff obtaining installing the update.

Any advice would be welcome.

if indeed you have re tuned since switchover you will find HD channels from 101 upwards.

Hi,yes I have retuned the T.V..I can only get channels up to 59.Perhaps I am not doing it correctly.
