Could not find a suitable heading from the drop down menu - so hopefully, just chose something near to the mark?
I do have a main Smart TV but my query is in connection with my ancient Sony FD Trinitron Wide Colour Television - Model KV-24LS35U - which is now all but 11years old - and still going strong. The one problem I have is that I am not having the full screen displayed. For example, take QVC - you can see the items being offered but the price panel is on the left hand side of the screen does not show. We have tried altering the aspect ratio, something 4.3 or 16.9 [ I may have these figures wrong ] but cannot get the full screen to display.
Can anyone advise if this can be corrected of if this is a permanent fault for which there is no solution?
