How do I set in-screen clock? KDL-40EX723. Thanks in advance

I've been round and round all the menu choices without finding an item to set the in-screen clock and the clock on Sony a 32W4000, seems to come and go. It was there yesterday - its not there today?  Any advice gratefully accepted.

Not sure about your specific TV, but my KDL-40HX705 is probably similar enough that it might work:

Hit the blue Home Key

Use the left arrow keys to get to Settings

Use the up/down arrow keys to get to Clock/Timers

Use the center button to enter Clock/Timers

You should see "Clock Set" there, as well as Time Zone and auto daylight savings.
