KDL-40W5500 Few Problems

Hi,

I own the Sony KDL-40W5500 and until recently was viewing the TV through a Sky box, 2 days ago I decided to use an aerial to view the freeview channels, scanned the TV channels and found them all no problems, but when i change channel the TV becomes unresponsive for a few seconds and my photo frame online isnt working i just get a blank screen with whatever scene I try to view.

I have the latest firmware any help appreciate

Update, I changed from Guide + to sony guide and it works normal to change channels, only problem now is my applicast isnt working, I checked internet connection and that was fine
