I have Talk Talk Wi-Fi- and wish to access the internet via my Bravia TV.
Hi
This TV doesn't have access to Sony Entertainment Network I'm afraid - easiest way to add the feature would be to get any of the current crop of Sony Blu-ray players such as the BDP-S390 which will give you access to all the services.
Hope this helps
Hi,
Many thanks for your helpful response to my enquiry.
I do have the BDP-S360B and the handbook refers to connecting via a wireless LAN router, but I don't fully understand the information. Does this mean I can access the Internet via this machine?
Thanks again.
Hi sorry to say no the BDP-S360 did not have BIV or internet content, it has a LAN connection for DLNA, BD-Live and updates, but even those are limited, it is the newer models that offer web browsing, you could look at the NSZ-GS7 Google TV Box, this offers far more internet functions than BD Player or TV's currently do.
HI,
Thank you too for your response, can I simply plug the Google TV box into my HDTV or do I need other kit for it to work with my WI-FI ?
Best regards,
Bert.
Hi the Google box is Wifi ready so no need for anything other than a HDMI lead
Excellent, thank you very much.
