Hi First make sure when you scan for the Router, it needs to have a good signal, i would say a minimum of four bars on the strenght, trun off all other equipment that is connected to the wIfi, this will limit bandwidth issue from lower speed connected devices, reset the router at the mains and factory reset the TV, try again, depending on the router you may need to clear the device or Mac allow list, BT Hubs are really bad at this, Talk Talk Routers are also prity poor, with a limited connection range, if all this fails please advise in what way it is not connecting
