Hi @Eugbug Could you check that model name KDL-32W707DB. I cannot find it, unless it is unique to your country. The chances are that it no longer has the hardware required to run some Apps, which are evolving all the time. Cheapest and quickest solution is to add a modern streaming stick like Roku or Fire TV.
