Hi, i have just recently got this blue screen error, at the top of the blue screen, “A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.”
I have tried pressing F8 and then going into safe mode, however it says that windows cannot installed in safe mode. Then when i press ok the laptop restarts again taking me back to the blue screen error. Other types of safe mode also says the same thing (windows cannot be installed in safe mode). After the blue screen error, a countdown happens and the computer restarts again. Can you guys help me with this problem?
