Dust under the glossy film?

Firsta of all, sorry for my "not so good" english, as I'm from Russia

I have a problem with the screen. I have vaio s4xrp for few months and recently I've noticed some dust on my screen that I can't remove. I'm afraid to push hardly with my nails because of "glossy -film", but microfiber + distillated water make my screen absolutely clear except this one.
It's not a dead pixel. I'm sure because I know what is it from my previous laptop and it's absolutely different. It looks like dust and I'm 99% sure it is dust but under the glossy film.

Any suggestions how it got there or how to remove it or at least what it is?

No, sorry. I thought always a manufacturing-street for TFT display must be 100% clean. How can be dust there?:smileyconfused:

I've heard a few stories about bugs crawling into the screen. The only 'solution' is to try and tap the screen till they fall to the bottom. I don't think there's anyway to get them out of there altogether.

Yeah they can have small holes where things can get into, like bugs and dust
