How do I see how much RAM I have?

I have a Sony Vaio VGN-NW20SF laptop and when I right click properties on my computer, it says the processor and RAM are unavailable. I think I have 4gb RAM but would like to double check. Also, where can I find out what is the maximum I can upgrade my RAM?

Hi therealflannerz,

Have a look in Vaio Control Center > System Information for the details on fitted RAM.

Max supported for this model is 8GB.

You can also run the Crucial Memory Advisor.

Thanks Rich that's told me. Shame it's telling me its £118 to upgrade from 4gb to 8gb ram!
