need recommendation for a TV tuner for laptop

Please, can anyonw recommend a TV tuner for a Vaio laptop? I have found some stuff on the web (after goggling for it) but I don't see a clear choice. First, I do not see if there is any PCMI card sound enough, and second, has anyone tested a USB TV (analogic) tuner?

I've used a Hauppage USB tuner on my GRX and GRT and it worked fine.

Make sure you get a USB2 one, don't want to loose frames...

In case you're living in Germany whatch out for DVB-T areas
(Berlin, Frankfurt)
The analog tuners will not do anymore in the future.

Tuners capable for DVB-T are rare and expensive in the moment. Example:
