Can anyone help.
I have a Sony VaioPCV-RX504.
I was on the internet recently when suddenly my anti virus detected and stopped several programs,identified as viruses, from executing.
Since then my modem speaker does not make any sound when dialling and the volume on my speakers have to be turned up higher than normal.
At the same time also noted that my default home page address was changed and also that a new dial up 'connect to' was created in my startup menu.
Can anyone tell me what's going on and give me any help.
