Why is my Outlook 2010 not automatically launched despite it being the default email program for my POP and IMAP accounts when I select Tools/Email Media Files in the latest PlayMemories Home software on my Windows 7 Ultimate PC?
If I drag a photo and click 'next' it gives me the option to resize. When done I click on 'OK' and then the Outlook icon appears in the systray with a pause 'II' ? It says:
"Another program is using Outlook. To disconnect programs and exit Outlook, click the Outlook icon and then click Exit Now".
Or nothing happens if I already have Outlook open...
