Hi all,
I need some help. I recently bought a Vaio Duo 13 and thought I would clean the hard drive and install a fresh copy of Windows 8.1 Pro. I'm an MSDN subscriber so downloaded a copy of Windows, copied it to a USB drive and went ahead and unpartioned the drive and reinstalled. The problem I'm having now is that Windows 8.1 refuses to boot. I didn't make a recovery image using Vaio Care as I thought I wouldnt need one seeing as I have a fresh Windows install and serial number.
I can't help but think this has something to do with Secure Boot / UEFI, but no matter what I try I can't get a fresh Windows 8.1 install to boot up.
Please help!
