hi there - as this forum does not offer any searc funcionality and it is cumberstone to page trough thousands of threads (or rather threats?) I post a new one.
I have the "good ol'" PXG-N505X and for compatibility reasons with various networks I would like to upgrade to Win XP.
somebody around who has experience with this and could give me some help? e.g. - inplace upgrade vs. new install - head aches I could prevent if I only new .... - head aches I will get anyway thonx for your help
Yeah the drivers will be a big problem for you, and I'm not sure there's a way around it. Windows 98 is able to network with XP computers.....you might be better off trying to approach it from that angle.
