I'm using a VPCSB1B9 vaio with Win7x64 and have since couple of week noticed eratic behaviour from the touchpad. The pointer moves in any direction at any speed in total desynchronisation with what the finger does on the touchpad. Sometimes it stays still even if you insist on the touchpad. But the weirdest is it the computer runs on battery the touchpas runs fine, as soon as the DC is connected it starts running amok. If i disconnect the DC supply and insert a usb key of the usb connector with a external device, it runs amok and the pointer movement become eratic.
I've uninstalled the driver to no avail.
It does not look like an hardware fault, does anyone has faced such behaviour ?
