Vaio M1 Questions

Hi Everyone!

I I already have a PCV-RZ422P desktop in my living room. Its a lovely machine, however I would need to have my Husband surgically removed from it if I wanted to use it! So, I have just ordered a Vaio M1 for the bedroom. I was tempted by the W series, but as a Sims 2 player the better graphics card and faster processor on the M1 suits my needs.

Is there anything you guys can tell me about the machine? Also can I run my 'free to view' box through it?

Sorry if this has been brought up before, but there does not seem to be a search function on this board.

Any comments are welcome. Thanks..... Julie

The M1 looks pretty nice but isn't really a games computer as it only has 64MB of video memory on a Radeon 9200. Some good news though, you can connect your free to view box via the A/V sockets.

Hope you enjoy your new computer.

I naturally recomend the RA104 LOL, but everyone in Club VAIO knows I love that machine ....

As Rob said, the M1 only has 64MB, but I think thats probably just enough for Sims 2.

Amazon are useless not printing the specs for Sims 2!

Wonder if it has Gigapocket or VAIO Zone?
