VGC-V2S Can´t record from TV/VaioZone

Hello to all VGC-V2S users.
I have a problem recording tv from VaioZone.
Also i can´t choose the hard drive in the tools menu, it stucks at C: drive.
As i push the record button (also on remote controller) it tells me that no drive is assignet to recording programm.
Choose a drive and try again!!!

Please help somebody!

Nemo66, we have been very busy at the moment I'm afraid - give your problem a few days and i'm sure somebody with a helpful answer will be able to help you.

James, VaioZone is the new (on the VGC-V2S series) integrated all in-one starter (or quickstarter) application where u can choose from watching and recording TV, pictures, music and burn CDs.

Seems that noone has the new machine?!?

-anyway....long time i can´t wait, sure a couple of days will be no problem, but after that i will return the machine.
I got a 14 day return/moneyback policy....so if the problem will not be resolved i will likely send it back.

All other functions are working great....just this one wont coope.
I think it´s a software problem....

VAIOZone is the new Gigapocket?
I have no knowlegde of these new media centres
They were not on show in the summer....

Well...after that yesterday i called Sony-Support, a nice man told me he will call me back till 12-13 same day....nothing happened.
As for today i called again....answer: WAIT!

For what?

I suppose they don´t sell "BUGGY MACHINES" or do they?
If nobody can/will help me to solve this problem asap, i will return this machine next week.
I don´t buy´d just to use half of functions.
I am really angry now....not expected this from a SONY...

So i will call Cyberport and ask them for getting the whole thing back....

Thinking of buying a APPLE iMac 20"

Also (if) i will return the Vaio Pocket....getting the iPod Photo!

Any toughts?

PS-i am new here....but as i said...really angry... so sorry if i get too indeep (SONY).

As it's very new technology, only a minority know how to use it.

The iPod photo is good, but no video is a bit sucky

Kee-Lo...it´s not about how to use it...it´s about how to getting it to work.
As for new technology...at least the SONY-Support should be able to help (quickly).
