I bought new vaio VPCEB1E0E /WI last week mainly for my office work, but when I try to log on to my web portal by entering user name and password and then clicking login, the page refreshes, rather than displaying my web portal. However it does recognise incorrect password. The same web portal opens on a similar laptop, but not on this particular one. The web site is:

I have tried the following things:
1- Installed different browsers, e.g firefox, chrome, opera and the browser by apple, but failed.
2- Disabled firewall and popup blocker, but no success.
3- Reinstalled windows 7 by reformating C: drive, but again no success.
Sony has refused to take it back or replace, as the laptop has been taken out of the box.
Any help highly appreciated.
