Z1SP Bluetooth // UGX

Hi!

I have the problem that my fresh installed Z1SP with WinXP Prof tell me that a new device is found if I start Bluetooth. WIN ask me for a driver for "UGX" but I can´t find a driver or any other details for "UGX".

Could somebody help me?

Contact OLIVER who is fully aware of the UGX / Bluetooth problems for the following thread. If you get palmed of with the same excuse "Never heard of this Problem" BELIEVE ME, its an ongoing problem, and a standard problem with some of the Z1 laptops!

i've read all these probs re the z1xsp, i've just bought a model, bluetooth isn't working, tell me please it is with the prob with the model that've bought or the series therefore there's no need for me to return my maching and get a new model. how can i get bluetooth workin again - explain clearly and slowly cos i'm a real luddite and feeing rather flustered at not being able to access bluetooth on this new rather expensive laptop!!!![size=24]
