MY WH-XB900 wireless headphones only play through the LHS . I am using the latest f/w version 4.5.2. I have tried all the recommended solutions (reset / factory reset) to no avail. The RHS up/down swipe volume control still works. The headphones app will not allow me to download and reinstall the firmware (no option to download on the app - presumably since it thinks it's already up to date).
Can anyone advise how to reinstall the latest version? I would prefer to do this before contemplating sending it to Sony since it's out of warranty.
