sadly the online manual doesn't specify, where in the menu you can exactly deactivate the shuffle function.
Yet it looks like the device has a small hole on it, which you can use to press a "reset" button to set the device back to factory default settings.
Be aware that you might delete all the music from the internal storage of the device though.
