Hello,

I have just bought a new Asus laptop with WIndows 10 installed, but when I plug in the prs-t2, nothing happens. No popup on the E-Reader screen, and nothing in Windows. Also no harddisk activity. I have tried all the usb ports.

The software is running normal, but obviously no E-Reader to upload the books to.

Has anyone got a clue what is going on here ?
