3G network problem

Hello, I have a problem with my Phone because the 3G network does not work rigth, i mean it does not make conection with the internet. But when I allow the 4G network, the conection it is awesome. 

PD: There is not a network problem because it is a big city and another phone that I have works perfect in the 3G network.

double check if your phone is compatible with your carrier 3G bands and also check if you have the correct APN settings
