4-pole 3.5 headphone with mic jack isn't recognized

My brand new Xperia XA F3111 does not recognize 4-pole 3.5 headphone with microphone jack.

3-pole works just fine

I haven't tried 5-pole yet...

Latest Android updated (as of today).

Does XA support 4-pole jack at all?

Poles are number of connections on the jack:

My another phone Xperia Z5 works with all range of poles 3 to 5, while XA recognizes only 3-pole jack. Weird, isn't it?

Any other ideas?

I have a similar problem but my xperia xa does not detect any handset, does not detect the one that comes with the phone that I can do?
 
I can not take it to technical service because I buy it in another country and in my country there is no sony.

Sony Xperia support centre replied me:

We are sorry for the trouble caused trying to connect your headset with your Sony Xperia XA.

However, we would like to advise that there are no faults with  regards to the phone as it supports 4 pole audio jacks, and we would like to advise that the headset you are using is not compatible with the device.

We would like to also recommend using authorised Sony headsets to avoid any compatibility issues.

However, if the authorised headsets do not work, please contact us back for further assistance.

What are you saying is that even the headphones provided in the box together with the phone are not working?
