Thanks for the reply. Yes, im trying to since the other day. But it keeps on failing, about disabling screen overlay. After disabling, it will say, Google Drive save failed. Tried saving it as an email, mail fails saying unfortunately mail has stopped, anyway, ill try it again tomorrow
That sounds strange, but yes please try once again as I would need the files in order to forward it for investigation. Thank you so much for your patience and assistance!

I'm still experiencing the same problem, does Sony acknowledge this as a bug? And is it actually doing something about it or are we being ignored?
@sonny2k16 Please rest assured that you are not being ignored, otherwise I would not request information from you so that I can forward it. I will forward it for internal investigation, but please understand that I can not provide a solution at this time and have no estimate regarding how long it may take to investigate.
