App icons messed up?

Hi @Raph653 and welcome to the community!

It looks like you have changed the display size to small. You can change it back if you go to: Settings > Accessibility > Display Size > Default.

There's also a new option included in latest version of Xperia Home launcher to change grid size and icons size as a result. You can find this option by long pressing on any empty space on your phone screen, then choose the "Grid" option. You'll find some different grid sizes to choose from (4x4 is the default).
