When I was about to leave my phone for reparation, I was told there was a back up program that saved your data, so that if they had to reset the phone/give you a new one you could just use the program to install all your personal settings. I was also told I could find it on Sony's webpage, but I can't find it. Where can I find it?

Hi @Antonina and welcome to the community,
There are two ways you can backup your device.
You can use our support program for PC and Mac called Xperia Companion. Simply install the program connect your phone to your computer then follow the instructions in Xperia Companion.
There is also a built in backup system in your device you can use. Go to: Settings > Backup & reset > More > Manual backup > Backup. You will need to select where to store you backup, either a online account, SD card or a USB device.
Let me know if this answer your question or if there is anything else you are wondering about.

You can use the above app if you do not want to use backup & restore option in phone settings.
