i bought my product from Bajaj electronics which resides at kothapet, there is a problem with the product itself is, i noticed some dust inside the screen i need to exchange the product. the thing is i must have got the used product or a duplicate one, it doesn't seem like a new one and when i asked for this the manager at bajaj electronics have said that i should go to customer care service for this, this is the second time i am facing the problem with SONY.
