Battery problem on XA1

My phone get off like if the battery is empty. I can put it on only when I connect it to electricity, it works and there is battery again 

So I have to live with the link to connect my phone everytime it gets off

I have the same problem. It has been for repair twice and still is not fixed. Sony will not replace the phone.

I have the same issue, the phone charges super slow back to 100% and once i unplig it the battery drains super fast, It has to stay plugged in to electricity for me to use it long term, I did a factory reset to see if it helped and it didnt, I replaced the original battery and the phone acts the same way with the replacement,  so my only conclusion is that its not the battery at all, perhaps the charging port?
