Pics taken with both cameras have around 10% image, 90% grey obscuring the image. I've sony help got me to try a couple of things that didn't work and advise me to use xperia companion to fix the issue.
Xperia companion tells me to turn off the phone, press down volume and wait for onscreen prompt from the computer. When I do this, there is no prompt the phone stays off. Any advice or help would be great
