Following a hard reset on the my Xperia XA1, I am having problems logging in. The phone was bought new and as far as I am aware was not pre-owned. I am trying to log in using my Google account and I am getting messages to my email saying that I do not have all the apps activated on my phone, BUT, I cannot get past a message which keeps asking me to log on using an account previously synced to the phone. I have tried all the advice but keep getting the same message. Not sure what to do now.
