Charging problem

Battery charging only when reset my phone. when he is working and i try to cahrge him, he doesn't work ( it is work for 3 Second) please Give some information what can i do now?

Hi @Culchaman, sorry to hear about this.

I'm not quite sure I understand under which conditions the device is charging, it is 3 seconds after you have powered it on and then it stops charging?

Does it work to charge the device when it's powered off? Make sure that you are using an original Xperia charger and cable and preferably, charge the device using a wall socket.
