My Sony Xperia XA1 which I have had for seven months, is having charging problems. Although I plugged it in using my usual charger half an hour ago, it is still stuck on 7% charge and will not show any more. I don't know if it has actually charged up to a higher level and is simply not showing that, or whether it is not taking any charge at all. Please help.
