Deleting apps from search suggestions

Does anyone know how to remove apps from the suggested apps pane?? , or better still get rid of the whole stupid pane itself. Lol
It's so annoying as I never use most of the apps on there. There must be a way!

When I swipe down it shows a list of apps as 'Suggested'.  Even when I swiping for the notification panel,  I am not seeking these suggestion so Help me to avoid the suggestion disturbance...

When i click on apps button You see all the apps downloaded. On the left side You get a screen with proposed apps. Anyone know How to turn this off?

Hello @Xperiandy and welcome to the community!

You can disable the Google Play app recommendations, but you'll still have the extra app page to the left for app searches and most used apps:

Open your app drawer -> tap on the 3-dot icon on the top right corner -> Settings -> App recommendations -> Disable
