try to download a file manager , like file commander, then transfer all media like mp3 and images and videos to sd card, delete some apps not used, set camera to save at sd card

I have had my phone for 3 months the 15gb internal storage is full up, I'm trying to transfer the data to my 64gb SanDisk micro sd card in my phone.

Their is still over 34gb left on the card as I have already transferred data across including downloaded videos from the Internet. These videos are not copyright protected and I've had no problems transferring dozens already!, though when I try to do it now the black horizontal line across the screen which previously started filling up across the line with a blueish? colour indicating that the video was transferring does not appear.

Now all I get is a black X!.

I have since bought myself a 64gb SanDisk USB with a connecting cable to my phone in the hope that I could transfer data to the USB then plug it into my TV to watch my videos!.

Again absolutely no joy whatsoever, l don't own a computer and never have, this is the first smartphone I have ever bought, my info tech skills are pretty much non existent!!

Please if anyone can help me with these issues I would be most grateful,

Alex..... 😬
