Hi @2393br, welcome to our forum!
You can use the Google Photo application to save photos and videos on your Google account.
If the application is not pre-installed in your device, you can download it from the Google Play store and once you have done that, start the application and continue with the setup where you can choose if the upload should only occur when you are connected to a Wi-Fi network, if you want to use your Google Drive space to save photos in a higher quality and so on forth!
