How to use multi tasking

Am upgraded my Xperia XA Ultra to Android 7, Pls tell me the Pros and Cons and How to use multi tasking ???

Open two apps which u want to do multi tasking one by one  and close it. Now click recent apps and from there select the one app my long press and it ll ask to drag to top. Now select one more appa and it ll come to bottom..
