It just died while I was on a call

The battery is full and I was on a call the phone just died and is refusing to turn back on. It’s a new phone I’ve had it for 2 months. I’ve tried the power key and volume key thing without luck. Any advice?

Try this: connect the phone to a wall charger > press & hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for an hour > try to turn on the phone.

Thank you. I have tried this as well. It has been connected to the original charger for almost 3 hours and still no luck. Any other suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear that, the last thing to try is to contact your Local support to get it inspected/repaired.
