Message Center Number

Please help me find the message center number so I can change it. I am failing to recieve messages

I am able to contact my service provider and get the information but what I need to know is where on my phone can I find it so I can enter it in

Hi @Mae_Takuda, welcome to our forum!

If you follow the instructions below, you can edit/change the SMSC number.

1. From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Phone.
3. If the dialpad does not appear, tap the dialpad icon.
4. Type *#*#4636#*#*.
5. Tap Phone information.
6. Scroll down to SMSC.
7. Tap Refresh to get the current number and the format it uses. If Refresh error or Update error appears, contact your network operator.
8. Enter the relevant SMSC number in the input field using the correct format, then tap Update. If Update error appears, contact your network operator.
