My newly XA2 with Oreo 8.0.0, Bluetooth won't pair with headset or to my External HD

I just received (08/2018) my newly Sony XA2 Ultra Phone and installed, Updated it nicely, and what a surprise when I went to pair it with my LogiTech H800, it still is not working even after tweeking some of the Developer Options' buttons.

NFC is always on,  Bluetooth Test comes out : passed.

It blue tooths nicely with my windows laptop, iPad Pro, even my Zaggbook keyboard.

But it won't connect / pair with my:

Logitech H800

Sandisc HTC wireless storage

Sony, I hope you will solve Bluetooth problem with Google soon. 

I have high hopes.

I love my phone, but I also love to use my bluetooth headset, etc.

Another Bluetooth problem post.  Sony needs to step up and let us know what the plan is for an update for thisnorobthi and when we can expect it to roll out.

Same issue here, pairing won't work with my headset. All the time I have to remove the device and pair again.

Bluetooth bugs with the XA2 models are very widespread and documented on here.  Sadly, Sony still has yet to address these issues after months on the market.
