No headset with xa2 ultra

I'm not quite sure that I understand exactly what you are asking, is the headset not working with your device, or was there no headset included together with your device?
The box content may vary between markets/regions and retailers in that specific market and as this is a Global user based forum, you can try contacting your Local support team and see if they have any more information as to why a headset was not included.
