Hi. I'm sorry if this has been answered before, but none of the forums I've been reading when I type in "Keyboard" has shown anything about a missing Keyboard. This is my first time dealing with this phone also, so excuse my ignorance if it's not supposed to have a Keyboard. Ignore the next parts if it's supposed to not have a Keyboard.
My dad recently bought this phone, and asked me if I could set up the Wifi and apps for him that he usually uses. I went to the WiFi and then (as usual), it says to type in the password. I pressed the space provided a couple of times, but the Keyboard just didn't show up at all. So I thought the phone was some type of "voice" phone instead of a "text" phone, but didn't know how to even find out how the Voice thing would work with no Keyboard.
I closed it and went back to the WiFi and still, no luck of it appearing. Afterwards, I went and started to search up video's, on a computer, for the Keyboard, and I saw some going into the Settings, then Language & Input, and I saw "Current keyboard" so I pressed that, yet nothing happened. It does show that I pressed it, but nothing happens after that (if something was supposed to).
So I'm just here, confused about whether there's supposed to be a Keyboard or not, and why it isn't appearing at all. Yes, I have restarted the phone twice now, and there has been no change.
Thanks in advance for anyone and everyone who helps!

The device should come with Swiftkey Keyboard preinstalled. If below Current keyboard you don't see Swiftkey Keyboard it might be the case that it was uninstalled or disabled. Go to Settings > Apps and see if you can find Swiftkey Keyboard. Touch on it and see if it is disabled. If it is, then enable it, then force stop, then restart phone. If you can not find Swiftkey Keyboard in apps, go to Playstore, search for it and install.
