I have Mobile Xperia XA1 has problem in screen and I send it to Rezkalla who resposible on sony in Egypt and my guarantee still valid they receive it in 17/9 and till now nothing happened, when I asked
them the answer the screen not availble I said Ok give me another one they told me this not our policy
after few they called me and said we will gave you (xperia X) instead of yours but this mobile older
and has no any spare parts no at all then I said no I can not take it and they answered me rudely OK
you have to wait till we send Email to compay and we wait till they answer it will take long time and you have to wait ..... I'm sorry to say all people in all of Egypt they don't prefer Sony because always has problems and Rezkalla not qualified Company .... save your prodect and save us .
